ABOUT US
Highlane Consulting was founded by Zoltan Acs.
Karrierjét gazdasági újságíróként kezdte, majd megalapította saját startupját, ami sikeres kockázati tőkebevonáson is átesett. 8 évig volt a startupok fejlesztésével és nagyvállalati innovációval foglalkozó Design Terminal szakmai igazgatója, ezalatt több mint 200 startup fejlődéséhez járult hozzá.
Később saját tanácsadó cégével több szektorban (FMCG, pénzügyi szektor, feldolgozóipar, illetve védelmi ipar) is innováció menedzsmenttel foglalkozott, majd 2020-tól az MKB Fintechlab innovációs igazgatója. Óraadó a Budapesti Gazdasági Egyetemen, illetve Lead Mentor a Mathias Corvinus Collegium Vezetőképző Akadémiáján.
Zoltán minden projektre a kihívásnak megfelelő csapatot szervez a szükséges kompetenciákkal. Csapatának tagjai folyamatok optimalizálásával, szervezetépítéssel és előremutató üzleti modellekkel kísérleteztek startupokban és nagyvállalatokban, Magyarországon, Hollandiában és az Egyesült Államokban. Magas fokú üzleti intelligenciával, empátiával és szintetizálási képességgel bírnak, „jól látnak a pályán”. A mérhető eredményekben és megvalósításban hisznek: olyanok, akik a jövő szervezetéről nem elsősorban beszélni szeretnek, sokkal inkább alakítani azt; a változásokat pedig nem elszenvedik, hanem élére állnak.
